Workshop Description
At a Loss for Words: What’s Keeping You from Writing?
Many of us dream of writing a book, but there’s always something standing in the way—often it’s us! In this class, we’ll talk about both practical tips and rock-solid spiritual truths that can help get your writing back on track. I’ll share the top six fears that keep us from writing, seven verses you’ll want to keep nearby while you work, and a list of tricks that can help get the words flowing. I’ll also send you home with a printed list of scripture verses you can turn to when those negative voices start whispering in your ear.
This is a class designed for both beginning and experienced Christian writers, especially those who are feeling anxious or discouraged regarding their calling. It applies to fiction and nonfiction writing and leans heavily on spiritual principles.
This will be Inspire’s final workshop, and we want to celebrate with a full house! Don’t miss this encouraging and empowering event—sign up today and invite your writing friends!
